Twice on Dec. 5, Lincoln-Way Central held a double digit-lead. Twice, Sandburg came back to put their lead in jeopardy. Both times, Ryan Kraft helped shut the door.

Finishing with 25 points, the junior forward led a formidable Knights offense, as Central downed the Eagles 68-55 in New Lenox.

“It just feels good when you knock down a shot when the team needs it the most,” Kraft said. “Good ball movement [allows] the open shot.”
