Jim Richmond from Mokena looks forward to the Chicago Southland Makerfest every year. The Mokena Board of Trustees member has cut donated wood from Schillings of Mokena for the past two years. He, along with Mike Engler, cut the wood into 75 kits so children can make wooden tool kits at the fest, which was held Saturday, March 30, at the UA Local 597 Pipefitters Training Center in Mokena.
