Blossom, a 1-year-old service dog from 1Pet1Vet, decides to take it easy while the people do all the hard work at CrossFit Mokena’s charity fundraiser on Sunday, Sept. 17. Blossom can hardly bear to watch 25 people at a time, every half hour, work and sweat to raise funds for her charity. CrossFit Mokena raised $4,600 for 1Pet1Vet.

When CrossFit Mokena co-owner Christie Neighbors said she wanted to double from last year the amount her gym would donate to charity, she sounded optimistic.

I am so impressed by what this group has done for veterans, through their support of 1pet1vet. We are more appreciative than we can convey, and extend our heartfelt thanks to each individual who contributed their time and effort in any way!
